This authentic Breton shirt is the genuine article made in Brittany. A long sleeved & boat neck top made in a high quality thick heavy weight interlock cotton with traditional navy blue & white stripes, and a branded label on one arm. Also known as "La Mariniere" or French fisherman's shirt, it has long been the favourite of many celebs & artists.
This is the perfect garment for seaside holidays, sailing or to be enjoyed simply with a pair of jeans or shorts.
100% cotton, machine washable
Sizes range from small to XXXXL. Because of the thickest of the fabric, this garment will size small so we strongly recommend you read our chest to fit below. Our model here is 6 foot 2 (1.88cm), 42 inch chest and wears a size XXL.
If you prefer a softer cotton type, yet thick, we advise to look at this alternative with a drop shoulder design.
