This is the plain navy blue version of our cotton canvas peacoat jacket for men. A quality heavyweight jacket, very well made, double breasted with 2 front side pockets and 2 inside pockets (one zipped, the other with velcro), center vent, small label tag on one upper arm, label embroidered on the back collar.
Best suited as a transitional garment, ie Spring and Autumn. The outer fabric has been specially treated to make it water-repellent, ie to resist light rain, for up to 10 washes as long as no conditioner is used.
This garment has been revised for 2025. We therefore hold a mixed stock. Although both are similar in chest measurements, there are a few differences which we listed below as:
- listed as OLD REF on images and sizes: 100% cotton fully lined
- listed as NEW REF on images and sizes: unlined, the navy dye is a shade darker and it is about 2cm/0.8" shorter in body length.
