Hello Sandrine, Thank you for your email. I bought a Breton t-shirt for my daughter for Christmas - so I can't give proper feedback until she opens it on Christmas Day! However, so far I have been impressed that you kept me up to date with the delivery schedule, and also advised that the item wasn't going to be despatched because of a quality control issue. It is always good to be told what is happening rather than being left in suspension - and not know what is going on. When it arrived it was nicely packaged .... Hi, just wanted to say that I received my breton top today - exceptionally speedy delivery - and I am utterly thrilled with it (and the lovely packaging) There so many breton tops out there of varying degrees of quality, but this one is truly exceptional. The colour, style (love the neckline), fit and material make it stand head and shoulders above the others. All bretons are not made equal! Now I just need to decide which of your other breton styles to buy next ...

Just to say I was really pleased with the top, it's a lovely weight cotton and a good fit, also speed of despatch and delivery was excellent, if only all internet shopping could be so quick and easy! I shall use you again as I'm a fan of the classic stripy top and have struggled to find good quality ones.

The article arrived promptly and very nicely packaged, so everything is in order on that front.The only improvement I can think of is that in this case the item was purchased for a relative overseas- which I will take with me at the end of July. As such the 7 day return period is of no use and I need to take the risk that the article will fit properly. Under this circumstance some sort of gift return or exchange policy would make using your site more compelling.
Our response to the customer: This is a very valid point which we are to address at the earliest opportunity.

I am very happy with the rapid delivery (< 1 day!) and the way the garment was packaged. The coat is exactly what I wanted although I have yet to work out how to keep the hood on when it is windy! Tips gratefully received.
Our response to the customer: Tighten the elastic on either side. This should stop it from flying backwards.

I'm happy to confirm that my order arrived on time and was more than satisfactory. It was a Christmas present for my niece. It's always a bit nervous ordering unfamiliar items over the internet but I was delighted with the quality of the item (a Breton top) which if anything exceeded my online anticipation. I absolutely love it - great cut and gorgeous fabric but unfortunately it is too short for me - I need another 3 inches along the bottom for it to begin to look decent!
