This authentic Breton shirt is the genuine article made in Brittany. A long sleeved & boat neck top made in a high quality thick heavy weight interlock cotton with traditional navy blue & white stripes, and a branded label on one arm. Also known as "La Marinière" or French fisherman's shirt, it has long been the favourite of many celebs & artists.
This is the perfect garment for seaside holidays, sailing or to be enjoyed simply with a pair of jeans or shorts.

Sizes range from small to XXXXL. Because of the thickest of the fabric, you may wish to go for one size above your normal one, please check our sizing tab above for further details.

This is a thick cotton and so we would recommend to go one size above your normal chest one.

If you prefer to take a measurement across your chest at the fullest part, make sure you allow room to breathe (at least 2-3 inches, 5cm) unless you prefer a tight fit.
