The Nautical Company is a British online luxury clothing boutique for nautical fashion, authentic Breton shirts and luxury nautical clothes, launched November 2010 by 38 years old mumpreneur from Brittany, France.

Nautical inspired fashion has always been on trend in France offering classic and chic timeless yet contemporary stylish clothing. We aim to offer some of that French breton style to a wider audience online. We are delighted to be able to work with some renowned French marine designer labels not to be found on the high street. Our collection is beautifully designed and carefully selected for the quality of its fabrics, its uniqueness, the attention to detail in the finish and finally, for that certain "Je ne sais quoi".

We highly favour regional manufacturers based around Brittany, employing a local workforce despite the continuing economical pressure of delocation. We believe in supporting these local manufactures for obvious reasons but also simply because these people design some stunning luxury garments with full control of the manufacture process from ordering high quality raw materials all the way to delivery which results into a far higher quality finished product that will test the length of time.

We are passionate about what we do and are always excited at the release of new articles. Above all, we are a family run business aiming to offer top quality garments with top customer service.
